How we do it:

  • Agreeing a formal role profile for the assignment, and gaining a thorough understanding of the organisational culture in which the successful candidate will need to operate
  • Advising the client on the market
  • Being clear and honest with client
  • Extensively researching the market. This research is undertaken in a highly confidential manner
  • Providing a short list of qualified candidates within a month of accepting the assignment
  • Contacting the client on a regular basis and providing them with any necessary update reports that they require
  • Contacting, interviewing and assessing candidates by using relevant psychological instruments which are agreed in advance with the client
  • Arranging interviews between the client/candidate
  • Acting as broker at offer stage and facilitating the exit process for the new hire
  • Providing constructive feedback to all unsuccessful candidates, in a way that enhances the reputation of the client as an employer of choice
  • Arranging a feedback meeting with the client once the successful client is on board
