Amita is a senior business professional with over 11 years experience in HR. She is currently working as Learning and Development Projects Manager EMEA for The Walt Disney Company and is responsible for implementing global performance and talent management processes.
Amita has previously worked with British Airports Authority (BAA), Getty Images and Abbey in OD and L&D roles. She has also spent eight years in strategic HR consultancy roles. She has a proven track record within the fields of organisational development, leadership development and HR strategy, as well as the restructuring of HR departments and other support functions. Amita has written various articles in Personnel Today and Women in Business magazines and has spoken at industry conferences and seminars.
Amita has an MBA from Imperial College with a specialisation in strategic management and a first class degree in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources. She is CIPD trained and is a trained OCI advisor (organisational cultural inventory).
