Previous Seminar 1st British woman to climb Everest and the first English-speaking woman in the world to climb the Seven Summits
Rebecca summarised how the Seven Summits provided a unique opportunity to look at the seven principles of leadership in a dramatic and memorable way. By her own admission, the whole experience was an extremely steep learning curve. She had to acquire new skills in leadership and coaching, and transfer them to others to ensure success. Rebecca is now employed by large organisations to design and deliver work shops on leadership, team working and motivation. These breakfast seminars will show examples of best practice which she carries out in her corporate work with Lloyds TSB, GlaxoSmithKline and BP.
