Philip will explain how this position was achieved including how the use of regular employee surveys have been maximised to contribute to the high performance culture that prevails at Yell. Philip is a results-focused HR Executive with experience in four different business sectors: Telecoms, Finance, Retail and FMCG. A Cambridge graduate, Philip has over 20 years’ experience in HR and was previously HR Director, Europe for Cable and Wireless. Prior to his position at Cable and Wireless, Philip spent 4 years at Barclays, 4 years at Boots and 11 years at Unilever.
