Our star candidate was attracted to our global blue chip media client on the basis of an advertisement we ran on the behalf of our client who was looking for a key HR Director who specialised in change management and organisational development in a high tech industry, as well as work in a complex matrix system and environment across the globe.

After some personal coaching, we setup a further meeting between the candidate and company - who were able to get down to the real nitty gritty of satisfying any outstanding reservations as well as go into depth with regard to the fantastic opportunities the role would provide.
