Compensation and Benefits Partner
One of the world's largest medical device companies is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Partner for a 6 month period to be based at their offices in Newbury. As a leader in the orthopaedics and a global name, this role offers fantastic developmental opportunity for the right candidate.Your responsibilities will include:
•Monitoring the organisations salary structure and benefits provision
•Researching and analysing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector
•Advising the HR team and managers on potential breaches of employment legislation
•Have responsibility as a ‘Superuser' for all appropriate HR Information Systems
•Responsibility for ongoing payroll instructions to Finance
•Project manage the Best Companies Entry and other award schemes as appropriate
•Manage the administration process for the Annual Salary Reviews for the business
