Our client is a leading provider of services for adults with disabilities. This is a �for profit� organisation which provides a range of services such as housing and care for disadvantaged individuals. Known for their quality of service and efficiency, HR work to maintain and support these values.

As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for providing managers and directors with the appropriate levels of support and advice to help them deal with all employment and HR related matters. You will have 2 direct reports and you will be given a lot of autonomy to manage the regional HR team.

Areas of responsibility of the Human Resources Manager role will include: Employee Relations, Recruitment and Retention, Management of the HR team and General administrative duties.
