Our client, a world leading service provider of IT business solutions and communication services have an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR Manager to join a complex but highly respected progressive HR team.

You will need to be a pragmatic, results-orientated, highly commercial HR Manager / HR Business Partner who is up for a challenge, confidence in their ability to work in what can be a fast high pressured environment.

Successful candidates will be CIPD qualified, have a strong Employee Relations bias to their generalist skills with the ability to demonstrate a track record of achievement in a gritty, tough operational business. You must have excellent influencing, analytical skills and have the drive and ability to drive results and make things happen.
