Tony is the Chairman and CEO of Oxinia.  After an early career in Marketing and Production the FMCG industry, Tony has been working within the Recruitment sector for 22 years. Firstly as a consultant and subsequently a Director, he led the MBO of Purcon in 1996 and after several successful years growing this specialist recruiter he added to the newly formed Oxinia Group with two niche businesses; Resource Innovations and Alto Executive

Tony is a keen sports fan and enjoys watching and enjoys watching the Ashes…. He is ardent football,(or  tennis golf and fly fishing ) Is a Spurs fan attending matches as often as time allows.
