Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are ideally looking for a Compensation and Benefits consultant with a strong ability to organize, prioritise and manage projects. You should have :

• Proven, complex problem solving experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• People management skills as well as experience
• Subject-matter expertise in general HR policies and in particular in pan-European compensation & benefits practices
• Willingness and ability to make decisions and work in a virtual team environment.


The ideal candidate will come from a customer-focussed background with experience as a consultant.
