Our client is part of a massive America retail / telecommunications group that have recently embarked on a new project and entrance into the UK/ European market.

They are now in a position to start recruiting a number of specialist HR professionals into their HQ business based in West London. One of the positions they are looking to fill is a multi-site retail Learning and Development Specialist. Your role will be to support the HR and Development function in identifying, managing, designing and delivering a progressive people development program which supports the capability requirements of the business. Must have a retail background, developed and rolled out e-learning & training experience.

Due to the expansion plans of the organisation the role although based at Head Office immediately, will definitely require travel throughout the UK at a later point - so flexibility around this is a must.

In addition to identifying a variety of creative training solutions to meet the constantly changing needs of the business, the successful applicant can look forward to a wide range of responsibilities from identifying skill and knowledge requirements to delivering induction and development programmes and evaluating their effectiveness.
