Our client, a leading International Software Publisher is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join their highly creative and credible team.

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day human resource data entry as part of the Employee Shared Services Center for Europe. This role will provide exceptional customer service to local HR teams by processing employee life-cycle transactions, responding to questions and resolving issues. In addition, this role will ensure statutory compliance regarding employee data security, employee files, and HR records maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have a minimum 3-5 years experience at HR Specialist level within an HR Operations and/or Shared Services environment, with Enterprise HR ERP system experience – Oracle HR preferred. Proactive, highly organised and with exceptional attention to detail, the HR Operations Specialist must be a customer-focused, analytical problem-solver with software skills.
