One of the world’s leading airline catering businesses, has been in need of changes across the company to ensure ongoing sustainability in a competitive sector. The goal: improve internal processes and strive to be a market oriented, customer focused supplier, able to respond to change and opportunities.
We were retained to find an interim Change Management professional to facilitate a cultural change where HR is closely aligned to the business to enable flexibility and commerciality in relation to recruitment, retention, training, compensation and development - part of a much wider change program.

A thorough brief in relation to the company’s operations, culture and future strategy enabled identification of strong interim candidates who had similar but successful careers in challenging business to business environments. Competency based interviews were conducted to ensure candidates were able to meet the challenges of these roles by delivering innovative commercial solutions to meet the company’s future plans.

The successful candidate made a significant contribution, making the first big pushes into the change management program. The company is now turning around its’ performance with the introduction of key people and a major change in the culture, practice and procedures.
